What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in Google Ads and a broad marketing background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns while contributing to the overall marketing strategy. This role requires a balance of technical expertise in paid advertising and a strong understanding of general marketing tactics to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic.
- Develop comprehensive ad strategies that align with broader marketing goals.
- Monitor campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate paid campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Analyze data and generate insights to inform ongoing campaign improvements.
- Proven experience of 3-4 years in managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of general marketing principles and digital strategies.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and data-driven decisions.
- Ability to balance specialized ad campaign management with broader marketing tasks.
