This role will be based in Newark, NJ
The Performance Marketing Manager drives accelerated online traffic & acquisition growth of the online & pillar driven D2C business, working closely with cross-functional teams & strategic partners. Drives the development of existing & new online business, performance through agile practices
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years sales experience
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce & digital sales preferred
- Performance Marketing experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication as well as interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills using Power BI, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Accelerate qualified traffic & conversion to rc.com/rc.ca (search, social media, affiliate marketing, email, physical communication tools (in parcel/kit), pillar-driven, partnerships & co-branded collaborations) for Canadian and US market
- Maximize conversion rates for each focus acquisition channel
- Increase basket & transaction growth, inclusive of relevant products & services through ecosystem/partnerships
- Develop and leverage actionable insights through data on performance measures across all traffic sources that drive ongoing optimizations
- Demonstrate strong selling skills, developing & understanding customer, pet owner and pet/professional needs to increase online growth of Royal Canin product sales & services. Support Xfunctional sales tools for pillar-driven models
- Create the long-term vision for acquisition strategies within pillar-driven & online D2C models
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with functional leads to drive increased team engagement across all x-functionals support teams (Pillars, Pet owner Experience Team, Consumer Care, Finance, Supply Chain)
- Develop & maintain a high technical competency of ecommerce-related tools & various platforms that generate additional revenue, enhanced services & diagnostics for acquisition tactics for D2C business (OMS, Salesforce, Flagship Store, Shopify)
- Attend & participate in digital & industry trade shows as well as company meetings as required
- Effectively manage all relevant P&L, CP&A and expense budgets within area of scope
- Input into portfolio requirements / enhancements through S&OP+ forums and intakes
- 15% travel is required
