ClickUp is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who possesses a strong and balanced understanding of pay-per-click media, campaign management, and conversion rate optimization. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing and optimizing YouTube and Display campaigns via Google Ads, Microsoft ads, and other media platforms based on opportunity.
 
The ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience working with digital marketing teams to build and manage campaigns using performance data and knowledge of paid media KPI's. You are an out-of-the-box creative problem-solver, who makes impactful decisions that are supported by data analysis and paid media best practices. The Role:
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid video and display campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other media platforms based on opportunity, with the goal of driving growth and efficiency
  • Help define our end-to-end performance marketing strategy and collaborate with other paid marketing teams to share learnings and develop new strategies
  • Strategize new customer segments, targets, and marketing strategies to expand budgets while maximizing the conversion rate and LTV/CAC ratio.
  • Support general optimization efforts across channels, including performance analysis, ad optimizations, audience segmentation, identifying new placement opportunities, and more
  • Assist with results reporting and performance analysis of ongoing expansion and optimization initiatives
  • Identify new media opportunities to help scale profitably
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of direct paid video and display experience, including independently managing campaigns with monthly budgets of $500k or greater.
  • Proven success in campaign optimization that led to growth and efficiency improvements
  • Expert with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Experience managing and measuring full-funnel video and display strategies.
  • High level of analytical and data skills, including aggregation, cleaning, sorting via Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong understanding of marketing tech solutions such as pixels, tracking, web analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and others
  • Familiarity with attribution models, customer segmentation, and the use of test and learn strategies to optimize campaigns
    Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 (base pay)
