Performance Marketing Senior Associate

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter who is passionate about improving the landscape for mental healthcare. As a Performance Marketing Senior Associate, you’ll be responsible for managing paid media channels (i.e. Google Search, Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok) to help drive client and provider growth and improve CAC. You’ll report directly to our Performance Marketing Manager and will work closely together to refine and execute strategy across the paid media funnel, create best-in-class analysis and reporting, and assist with new initiatives across the growth team. From day one, you’ll get exposure to what it’s like to build a business from the ground-up and you’ll be able to drive real impact.

You’d be a great fit if...

• You have 2+ years of exposure to and experience with managing paid digital channels (paid social + programmatic experience is a plus), and an understanding of how to pace towards budgets and optimize KPIs
• You’re highly skilled in dissecting data sets within Excel, Google Sheets, or other data management platforms and using them to build out reporting tools. Tableau experience is a plus
• You’re passionate about digital marketing and using it to help accomplish our mission to improve the mental healthcare landscape
• You have an eagerness to improve knowledge within the performance marketing space, and ability to quickly gain a detailed understanding of Grow’s business
• You’re adaptable within a fast-paced environment, resourceful, and proficient at time management and prioritization
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus

• Work with ad platform contacts and potential agency support to collaborate on strategy and testing of new features
• Experiment with new projects to develop our client and provider acquisition funnel, developing new skills along the way
• Collaborate with the rest of the growth team and other company departments (i.e. Product, Engineering, Design) to refine and improve our ads and user experience
• Conduct competitor analysis to help Grow find success in an increasingly crowded market
