Job Description:
We have an excellent opportunity for a Performance Marketing Specialist III focusing on paid media within the Arrow Digital Group. This position will have a global focus and will work on supplier marketing campaigns. This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 2 days in our office based in Centennial CO and 3 days from home.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan, create, and manage paid media campaigns across a variety of channels.
• Keyword research and management for bid optimization and performance/
• Perform daily account management of paid media campaigns including monitoring budget spend and report out.
• Write engaging and concise copy.
• Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly performance reports analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators.
• Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends.
• Manage complex shopping feeds/APIs with a goal of driving efficient spend.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5-7 years of related experience
• Paid media experience
• Experience running marketing campaigns including supplier based campaigns
• Project management experience
• Experience working with process flows
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
• Works independently; receives minimal guidance
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
• Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$81,100.00 - $99,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
