Performance Reporting Operations Manager

Your role

Do you have the ability to motivate and lead a team? Are you client orientated and can solve issues in a fast paced financial services environment?

We're looking for a Performance Reporting Manager in Operations to:

• ensure client account returns are calculated and reported accurately for Wealth Management clients
• lead a team of Performance analysts who are responsible for the data integrity of client performance reporting to include account, portfolio and asset allocation reporting
• oversee team of service representatives who respond to inquiries regarding performance reports from 7,000 Financial Advisors and their support teams who generate reports for their clients
• manage the quarterly and annual generation and delivery of performance reports

• collaborate with Business partners and Digital Agile Platform organizations on enhancements to Performance Reporting tools

Your team

You will be managing a team of Performance specialists located in Nashville and offshore.

Your expertise

• ideally you have held similar role for 3- 5 years
• detailed experience in Performance Reporting
• proven ability to lead a team across multiple locations
• strong written and oral communication skills
• bachelors Degree or equivalent (preferred)
