About the work:

This is an in office position at our Omaha, Nebraska office

The Performance Solutions and Learning & Development Coordinator is a dynamic professional who will support various company leaders in Learning & Development, Performance Solutions, and Business Performance to serve the Home Instead network. This role will coordinate planning and execution of live training events, manage the revenue recognition program, and equip leaders with various data points related to franchise employee engagement.  The ideal candidate is highly organized, a self-starter, and has a passion for service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage live led training program communications, registrations, logistics, budgets and supply inventory offered to the Home Instead network and HQ. Manage registration and various logistics for annual Global Convention.
  • Develop, distribute and manage feedback systems for Learning & Development, Business Performance and Performance Solutions.
  • Manage contract negotiations for PerforMax live meetings for all PerforMax facilitators.
  • Develop and manage network feedback for the Performax program and maintain a centralized communication space to share best practices, idea sharing and best meeting locations from this program.
  • Manage collection and distribution of Performance Scorecards for Learning & Development, Business Performance and Performance Solutions.
  • Provide coordinator support to various Home Instead Franchise programs that focus on employee engagement, client satisfaction, franchise performance and organizational efficiencies. This includes but is not limited to tracking management, data management and analysis, and communicating to key internal stakeholders progress on various programs.
  • Develop and Manage Program for monthly franchise network revenue achievements.  This will include coordinating with internal teams to track achievements and provide franchisee recognition awards.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support, such as expense report management, meeting coordination, and departmental communication  as requested for L&D, BP and PS leadership teams.

 About you:

This role may be a great fit if you’re highly organized, able to prioritize and plan multiple meetings and logistics in a timely manner, proactive in support of executives, excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to maintain confidentiality, confident in working both independently and as a team contributor.

To succeed in the role, you’ll need:

  •     High school degree or equivalent required
  •     Two years of administrative support background or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
  •     Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products
