Securitize is seeking a talented and creative Performance Visual Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Securitize Performance Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our company, which specializes in digital securities and blockchain-based financial services. You will report to the Vice President of Acquisition and collaborate across the marketing team to create visually stunning and effective designs that focus on digital acquisition advertising. This role requires a strong design portfolio, a passion for blockchain and fintech, and the ability to work on a wide range of design projects.
Candidates must be located in one of our main Remote Hub locations: US Based: Miami, FL; New York-Metro; Austin, TX; Los Angeles & Bay Area, CA
Responsibilities:
- Create attention-grabbing graphics for use across various marketing channels including website, email, paid media, and social. Images needed would include animations, graphics and video material.
- Work closely with the Director of Content and Vice President of Acquisition to understand design requirements to visually represent complex data and concepts that captivate our target audience and communicate the use of our products in blockchain, digital securities, and fintech.
- Develop and maintain the visual identity of Securitize, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness across all branding materials, including digital and print assets.
- Partner with external vendors to improve our website on an ongoing basis for brand alignment.
- Create conversion-focused designs optimized across multiple ad formats including display ads, social media ads, and email marketing visuals.
- Maintain and update our website using HTML and CSS, ensuring the website's design remains up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Work / Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), such as Builder, Word Press or Contentful, to upload, edit, and manage website content and graphics.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a graphics, website and digital media designer
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of design work, with an emphasis on branding, marketing collateral, and digital interfaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD).
- Content Management System experience, preferably Builder
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Team-player and self-starter with a bias for action; can make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Data driven mindset, comfortable with measuring and optimizing performance.
- Comfortable within a fast growth start-up environment, building new processes and setting up new growth and engagement capabilities.
