Personal and Professional Executive Assistant
Job Description
Location: Remote role, candidate needs to live near Destin, Santa Rosa Beach or South Walton County, FL. Will meet with the Executive weekly at a minimum.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a high-level executive in both personal and professional capacities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and possesses exceptional coordination and communication skills on behalf of the Executive. You will have opportunity to work closely with an influential Executive and be involved in various personal and professional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the Executive's personal and professional calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for both business and personal trips.
- Assist in organizing business meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring all materials are ready for appointments.
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and act with discretion.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for upcoming commitments.
- Assist with project management for both personal and professional initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organize and manage personal errands, appointments, and events as needed.
- Monitor and Post on behalf of the executive across multiple projects and platforms, ensuring consistent and professional online presence. (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Coordinate with household management any home services, as needed.
- Handle any ad hoc tasks or responsibilities that may arise.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite or high-level executives.
- Must be local to Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, or South Walton County and will work remotely but meet with the Executive weekly at a minimum.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
