A Healthcare Personal Assistant and Inside Sales is a multi-faceted position and will allow you to get experience in many different departments and areas of the company. We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented individual to directly support one of our executive members and sales team. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Work closely and effectively with an Executive member to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

• Extensive phone answering, scheduling, and communication.

• Manage all day-to-day business and personal functions for an Executive

• Flexibility in performing tasks.

• Stay on top of all projects and provide daily updates.

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold-calls and emails

• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

• Build strong relationships over the telephone

*ENTRY LEVEL ROLE*

Qualifications:

• Experience in a healthcare preferred

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

• Strong computer skills (especially with Microsoft Word and Excel)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Amazing phone etiquette and strong phone presence

• Reliable source of transportation (will occasionally run errands)

• Must be willing to work from our office location in Playa Vista, CA
