Job Description

General:

• Support for Compliance & ICS managers (calendar, mailbox, travel organization, etc.).

Compliance, Risk Management, Corporate Responsibility:

• Organize team meetings and take notes.
• Maintain intranet pages and SharePoint.
• Assist with PowerPoint presentations.

ICS Specific:

• Support ICS team meetings (preparation, minutes, follow-ups).
• Administer team tasks (vacation, travel, etc.).
• Organize on-site team meetings.
• Maintain distribution and contact lists for ICS applications.
• Manage SharePoint access for auditors.
• Assist with ICS newsletters and communications.
• Update ICS intranet and reorganize SharePoint.
• Coordinate international ICS IT community meetings and calls.
• Assist with PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English
• A proven track record of relevant experience (min 3 years)
• Open, kind and cooperative attitude
• Precise way of work, attention to details
• Happy and ready to work in international team, able to handle multinational environment
