About the Role As a Personal Chef, you’ll work with a variety of clients to create personalized menus, shop for fresh ingredients, and prepare delicious meals in their homes. You’ll have the flexibility of an independent contractor while representing a trusted company committed to culinary excellence. Responsibilities • Plan and customize menus based on client preferences and dietary needs. • Shop for fresh, high-quality ingredients. • Prepare and cook meals in clients’ homes, ensuring quality and presentation standards. • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment during and after meal preparation. • Communicate with clients professionally to address dietary restrictions, feedback, and adjustments. Requirements • Culinary experience and training (3-5 years of experience) in a related field. • Valid food handler certification as required by Washington State law. • Must be able to pass a background check. • Reliable transportation to travel to client locations. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to provide your own cooking tools and equipment. • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
