Personal Chef

We're looking for exceptional chefs in the Los Angeles area! We're a Chef service platform for in-home personal chefs that specializes in cooking customized health focused cuisine for private clients for weekly meal prep and occasionally small scale dinner parties and events. Desired Qualifications: • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional chef cooking experience & a culinary school degree or equivalent training. • Have a flexible schedule, but ideally available Monday-Thursday during the day. • Reliable transportation to drive to various locations throughout the Los Angeles area. • Knowledge & ability to cook for dietary restrictions and special diets such as gluten-free, plant based, heart healthy, etc. • Feel comfortable working in various private homes and different kitchens on an ongoing basis. • Able to work independently and be a self-starter. • Be friendly and well-communicated as you'd be communicating directly with clients. • In-home personal chef cooking experience is preferred but not necessarily required. • Able to write menus that fit various client's needs and dietary restrictions with flexibility. Pay for this position is $40/hr Please note:This is not a full-time personal chef position. It is great for supplemental income. As a subcontractor hours are not guaranteed but there is potential for part-time work. ***Flexible day-time schedule. No weekends required unless available.
