We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Lines Assistant to join our team in Manchester, Vermont! This is a full-time, in-office position with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In this role, you'll support a team of Account Managers across VT & NH by processing policy updates, handling customer requests, and ensuring seamless daily operations across multiple branch offices.
What you Bring
As a key member of the team you will provide vital support to a team of Account Managers. Your responsibilities will include processing endorsements, cancellations and reinstatements, issuing binders and ID cards upon request, and processing payments over the phone. You will manage daily downloads for assigned Personal Lines policies, develop strong relationships with clients and insurance company personnel, and ensure compliance with all systems, procedures, and regulations.
You’ll work independently with limited oversight while collaborating with your team to meet production goals. A focus on continuous improvement is key, as you'll give and receive feedback to enhance processes.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Personal Lines products and services is preferred, but not required.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to navigate websites with ease and internet-savvy.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- A passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
- Excellent phone etiquette with a pleasant, courteous manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative spirit, able to work effectively with managers, staff, and clients.
- Sharp time management and organizational skills.
- A keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Enthusiasm for learning and embracing new technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
