POSITION DETAILS
Expect your typical day as a Personal Lines Consultant to be focused on the following initiatives:

• Relationship management: serve as the primary point of contact for our high net-worth clients, providing concierge care with a positive attitude 
• New business: Create & maintain a sales pipeline to expand the book of business and meet annual sales initiatives 
• Policy management: develop and strategically manage renewal process of client accounts in a proactive and effective manner, conduct annual stewardship meetings with clients.
• Accurate record keeping: maintain proactive policy administration and care, such as upkeep of client correspondence and documentation in agency management system

• 2 years working with high value home clientele ($1,000,000 & up)
• Property & Casualty license required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Multiline brokerage experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge in Personal insurance underwriting and claims processes
• Experience consulting on the complexities of client lifestyles as it relates to personal lines of insurance 
• Understanding of tax and legal implications of Personal Lines products
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 
• Exposure to Epic or Applied Solutions preferred.
