Personal Lines Account Manager

Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firm in the US, is adding a Personal Lines Account Manager to their Genatt V team in New Hyde Park, NY.

The Personal Lines Account Manager purpose is to support and communicate with the Account Executives/Producers on a daily basis along with delivering excellent customer service to a wide range of high net worth clients. This individual must work well in a team environment and have strong computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team with all administrative aspects of servicing & retention of existing accounts
• Manage ALPHA SPLIT system
• Ability to respond to clients calls in regards to policy changes, updates and clients insurance coverages
• Basic knowledge of High Net Worth insurance coverages
• Rating systems for carriers like Chubb, PURE, AIG and Cincinnati
• Will be responsible for processing various changes and endorsements for the insured’s property

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• College Degree Preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
• Basic knowledge of High Net Worth insurance coverages preferred
• Experience with carriers like Chubb, PURE, AIG and Cincinnati preferred
• Experience using Sagitta AMS is preferred
