Personal Lines Associate CROCKETT TX LOCATION

OVERVIEW:

Cravens Warren is an Independent Insurance Agency, headquartered in Houston, Texas. Our Personal Lines department is located in Latexo, Texas, just outside of Crockett. This team is looking for an experienced Administrative team member, who is ready to learn and eager to grow. Insurance experience NOT required but greatly preferred.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Create form letters to send to clients for their insurance renewals

2. Data entry

3. Assist team members with policy changes

4. Assist team members with basic clerical tasks

5. Maintain various spreadsheets as directed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Valid Property & Casualty Producer license greatly preferred

2+ years General Administrative experience

Preference given to candidates with Insurance background

Excellent organizational & time management skills

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Computer skills needed: Word, Excel, Outlook, Applied EPIC- greatly preferred

Multi-task with attention given to detail

Friendly, outgoing personality, can-do attitude, team player

Hourly Salary DOE

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
