Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Personal Systems Management Administrator I, we'll count on you to :
- Analyze and remediate threats exposed by antimalware/antivirus/endpoint detection and response products
- Perform system administration support functions for local- and enterprise-level technologies, which include planning, testing, and
implementation of configuration changes and updates
- Apply engineering, design, administration and production best practices to enterprise-wide infrastructure systems
- Provide problem resolution of production systems and work with technology vendors on troubleshooting and fixes to issues
- Perform complex day-to-day maintenance tasks for production systems
- Review and analyze program system modifications/patches for applicability to assigned systems
- Review system logs and reports for problems and take corrective action as necessary
- Perform technology evaluations, testing and design tasks in support of new or upgraded technologies for enterprise-wide infrastructure

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related technical area, or the relevant combination of
education and relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administering Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Strong scripting skillset with working knowledge of PowerShell, batch script, and VB Script.
- Good communication skills
- Experience supporting antimalware/antivirus/endpoint detection and response products - Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft
Defender, Managed MEM Defender
- Computer hardware experience, Microsoft Endpoint Privilege
- Management, Power Automate, Intune, System Center Management tools are a plus
- Have a basic understanding of networking protocols and management
- Demonstrate ability to be proactive to automate manual tasks
- Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner when providing support for customer problem resolution
