Job Responsibilities
• Performs data entry, scanning, and filing tasks for the Personnel Department.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Process new hire paperwork and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Follow up with employees who are missing documentation by phone and email.
• Creating employee DMV 19A files.
• Supports adjacent departments to assist with their functions and responsibilities.
• Performs storage maintenance and retrieval of documents.
• Performs receptionist tasks as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Detail oriented
• Organized
• Heavy Data Entry
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Bi-lingual a plus

Compensation is between $33,280 to $37,440 based on qualifications and experience.
