Personnel Coordinator

We need a Personnel Coordinator to join our team at The Advanced Therapy Center at Chesterwood Village in West Chester, Ohio.

As Personnel Coordinator, you'll complete facility tasks, via correspondence, meetings, and communication with both professional and non-professional staff.

$20 to $23 Per Hour

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Managing Team Member Data base through Ultipro
• Entering evals, pay changes, etc
• Managing Worker Comp Claims
• Scheduling safety meetings & complete light duty offers
• Completing OSHA forms/logs
• Processing New Hires through Ulti
• Setting up new Team Members logins in Ulti, PCC, HCS, Carespring University
• Completing Fingerpints (FBI)
• Employee Pictures
• Verifying Licenses
• Managing nurse aide log (OH only)
• OIG exclusion checks
• Abuse Registry Checks (KY only)
• Ensuring all FMLA/GLOA paperwork is complete
• Terminating Health Insurance
• Managing Health Insurance Payments
• Completing Vacation/PTO
• Notifying Department Heads of current and past due items, such as, New Hire PPD’s, , Hepatitis B vaccination, annual performance evaluations, 90 day STNA evaluations, & other items not completed in the personnel file
• Reviewing time sheets for receptionists, admission liaison, medical records, staffing coordinator.
• Ensuring Team Members complete insurance enrollment via Ultipro.
• Submitting annual evaluation list to Department Heads for evals due for upcoming month
• Reviewing completion reports & updating department heads/staff as new courses are due
• Reviewing all licenses & updating their verification
• Updating Nurse Aide Registry online (OH only)
• Maintaining Nursing Team Member files regarding Orientation Checklist, PPD results, Skills & Checkoffs
• Supervising the receptionist
• Setting up appointments & meetings for the administrator
• Other items as directed by the Administrator
• Ensuring state books are up to date on the units (Social Services does this) & front office
• Ensuring all Team Member files are current & complete
• Ensuring that the BCI log is current & accurate (OH only)

You'll Need To Have:

• The ability to type 40 Words Per Minute
• The ability to organize daily work & set priorities
• The ability to communicate with other staff effectively
• The ability to communicate effectively with family members & residents
• A professional manner & appearance at all times
