Job Description
Summary
This position is located in the Deputy to the Chairman & Chief Operating Office, Human Resources Branch, Human Capital Strategic Planning & Analysis of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and develops and executes criteria and procedures for evidence- based application of behavioral science and personnel measurement practices related to job requirements, competency modeling, performance measurement, talent assessment, selection recommendations, and program evaluation.

Completion of Financial Disclosure may be required.
Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) required.
Qualifications
In addition to the Basic Requirement, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 13 level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience designing, developing, analyzing, evaluating and validating employee assessment tools; and experience providing consultant services to the workforce using models and theories of industrial/organizational psychology.
Education
There is no substitution of education for the experience for this position.
Additional information
Selectee(s) for this position will be required to report to their duty station office two days per week.
Additional selections may be made from this vacancy announcement to fill identical vacancies that occur subsequent to this announcement.
