Job Description

PES Engineer Senior/ Principal - Permanent / Contract (inside IR35)

🚀 Your Missions

As a Lead PES Engineer, you'll deliver project PES deliverables tailored to ISO 15288 (SL QMS, standards, and guides) and lead the PES delivery for Technical Processes in the V-model. Your responsibilities include:

• 📋 Production of User Requirement Specifications
• 🔧 Production of Functional Requirement Specifications
• 🔄 Production Sequence Interlock Diagrams
• 🖥️ Production of Graphic Requirements and User Interface Requirement Specifications
• 🔐 Managing Cyber Security Reviews and producing Cyber Security Justification Reports
• 🎛️ Panel Design Requirements
• 🏗️ Installation Design Requirements
• 📝 Production of EOs and Tender Packages for allocated projects
• 🤝 Collaborating closely with the supply chain and system integrators, providing guidance and support
• 🔍 Reviewing supply chain and system integrators' deliverables, ensuring quality and fit-for-purpose designs
• 🧪 Overseeing System Testing as a client lead

Qualifications

🎓 Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

• 💼 Experience delivering Programmable Electronic Systems (PES) in accordance with SL PES Standards, from design to implementation
• 🗣️ Strong stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

• 💻 Experience with C# applications
• 📸 Experience with camera systems, especially spherical cameras
• 🗂️ Data management for images
• 🔧 Experience with new system development with Sellafield Information Services Organisation (ISO)
• 🌍 Geospatial data management systems
• 🔐 Cyber Security of Windows-based systems
• 🐳 Understanding of Docker-based containerised software systems

Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
