This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Pessoa Analista Desenvolvedor .NET Pleno in Brazil.
This role is focused on building and evolving robust backend solutions within a collaborative, multidisciplinary squad environment. You will contribute to the development of scalable APIs and system integrations that support business-critical applications in the education sector. Working in an agile setup, you will engage closely with other developers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, maintainable software. The position requires strong technical expertise in .NET ecosystems, along with experience handling relational and non-relational databases at scale. You will also play an important role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and integration across multiple services. This is a hands-on development role where technical contribution, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key to success.
Accountabilities:
- Develop, maintain, and evolve APIs using .NET Core, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability in distributed systems.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases, applying ORM tools and optimizing queries and data structures.
- Contribute to system integration initiatives, ensuring smooth communication between internal and external platforms.
- Participate in agile squads, collaborating with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Implement and support cloud-based development components across AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.
- Maintain and improve code quality through version control practices using Git/Git Flow.
- Work with SQL Server features such as stored procedures, views, functions, and linked servers when necessary.
- Support technical decision-making and help ensure adherence to architecture and development standards.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields (complete or in progress).
- Strong experience with .NET Core (3.1 and .NET 6) development.
- Solid knowledge of API development and system integration.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
- Advanced SQL knowledge, including stored procedures, views, functions, and linked server concepts.
- Experience with JavaScript for supporting frontend or integration layers.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) in a development context.
- Experience working with Git and Git Flow for version control.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Soft skills: empathy, leadership mindset, conflict resolution, and collaborative attitude.
- Node.js knowledge is considered a plus.
