• Design, develop, and deliver scalable fullstack solutions using Node.js and React, supporting complex digital financial products.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering standards, including Tech Design documents, ADRs, DORA metrics, and cloud cost optimization practices.
• Write, test, review, and deploy high-quality code in an incremental and agile manner, ensuring continuous delivery to production.
• Support peers in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex software issues across distributed systems.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices in software design, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Develop tools and internal solutions to improve team productivity and system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve architecture and contribute to strategic platform decisions.
• Ensure observability through monitoring, logging, and performance tracking in production environments.
• Work on microservices-based architectures and event-driven systems in a cloud-native environment.

Requirements:

• Strong experience designing, implementing, and deploying software solutions in production environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Node.js and React for fullstack development.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles such as SOLID, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, DDD, and EDA.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud-native services (S3, SQS/SNS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and asynchronous systems.
• Strong understanding of data structures, system design, and distributed systems.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, and load testing.
• Strong proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and solve complex production issues.
• Strong critical thinking regarding software performance, security, and scalability.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving engineering practices.
