You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining advanced AI-driven systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance across production environments. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership in AI architecture and best practices.

• Develop robust and scalable AI solutions using advanced Python programming.
• Design and implement LLM-based pipelines, including API integrations and inference workflows.
• Build and evolve Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases and orchestration frameworks.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize model performance across different use cases.
• Define technical standards and promote best practices in coding, security, and system performance.
• Lead resolution of complex technical challenges across distributed systems and business-critical applications.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliability in production environments.
• Architect and optimize APIs focused on scalability, reliability, and performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has strong experience in AI engineering, distributed systems, and production-grade machine learning applications, combined with a strategic and collaborative mindset.

• Advanced proficiency in Python for backend and AI system development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including API integration, evaluation, and context management.
• Strong experience building RAG pipelines using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Deep knowledge of prompt engineering techniques (few-shot, chain-of-thought, structured outputs, instruction design).
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including Git workflows and code review processes.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for complex backend systems.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS for deployment, monitoring, and scalable infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
