Doximity is looking for a Client Success Summer Intern. This role will have an exciting opportunity to learn about the Client Services Team and their counterparts.

This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.

Key requirements: Must be available to start in early June to work full-time during the summer and must at least be an incoming senior in college or recent college graduate

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Work with our Client Services team to learn about Pharma submission processes
    • Create submission files
    • Shadow client discussions
  • Create and update process documentation, including video demos
  • Work on team projects and initiatives to help grow our work more efficiently
  • Learn the basics across all client services department

What we’re looking for:

  • Self-motivated. Works independently and takes ownership of assigned tasks
  • Effective communicator. Practices clear written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized. Effectively manages time and complex information across multiple projects
  • Collaborator. Always eager to help support the team to reach our goals
  • Thoughtful creator. Synthesizes and organizes information into meaningful content
  • Curious learner. Seeks opportunities to learn more about our internal and external work
  • Other key skills: Experience working with Excel and Keynote/PowerPoint
