Position Description:
The US recruiter will by a hybrid position with 1-2 days in the office and the remainder of the week working remotely. They will play a critical and leading role by partnering with all stakeholders to drive key open role recruitment and talent expansion at KMK Consulting Inc.
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Full life cycle recruiting for top talent in life science industry focused on hiring for client-side roles and internal project team roles across commercial analytics and operations and Real World Evidence (RWE)
  • Work closely with key business stakeholders in a cross-functional team to gain in-depth knowledge of talent and skillset demands to fulfil increasing needs effectively and efficiently, which may include but not limited to:
  • Draft and refine job descriptions by incorporating input from business stakeholders.
  • Leveraging Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting channels (LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize outreach for posting positions.
  • Organize, screen and identify relevant candidates for business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and coordinate on all necessary steps until position is successfully filled.
  • Collect feedback from business stakeholders to constantly optimize process and outcome.
  • Utilize strategic, diverse and effective sourcing strategies and various tools to network through industry contacts, association memberships and employees to engage and source qualified candidates and create strong talent pool and pipeline.
  • Propose constructive suggestions on current recruiting process and company value propositions, such as position and title system, compensation structures, etc.
  • Assist business stakeholders on both short-term and long-term resource planning.
  • Assist in planning, organizing and leading campus recruiting exercises to meet business needs.
  • Experience in recruitment in the commercial operations and analytics and/or RWE space optimal, but not required
  • Track record of being able to recruit and fill open roles

Requirement: 

  • Must be passionate about hands-on recruitment and filling open opportunities with top talent.
  • Minimum 5-year recruiting experience with track record of filling assigned roles, optimally but not essential in health care industry with focus on analytics and/ or RWE space.
  • Experience in small, dynamic, entrepreneurial agency preferred.
  • Global experience preferred; working with an onshore/offshore model.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with US immigration process including CPT/OPT, H1b and Green Card.
  • Organized, accountable and thorough on record keeping.
  • Experience with recruitment technology platforms and applicant tracking systems.
  • A clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Familiarity with emerging practices and technologies in candidate sourcing, marketing, branding, and advertising.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with senior management.
  • Previous experience of working in-service to and collaborating with business units/ hiring managers.
  • Must be willing and able to be in our Morristown, NJ office 1-2 days per week.
