Pharmaceutical Compliance Analyst

Description
This role of Pharmaceutical Analyst will be responsible for case management across our Pharmaceutical Brands and requires excellent communication and organisational skills. This role often requires fast thinking and decision making to ensure a seamless service.
Reconciliation of data, quality control steps and a deep understanding of both internal and external systems will be required to maintain the 100% SLA that this service offers.
Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance and FDA requirements are vital in this role. Keeping up to date on the latest guidelines, communicating these to the Pharmaceutical Analysts, and wider business, is required.
The hours of work are 37.5 hours, 5 days over 7 and with regular weekend working. All applicants must be able to work afternoon/evening shifts.

• Queue Management - to deliver agreed SLA's

• Case Management, ensuring quality output is delivered.

• Delivery of the Community Engagement, Owned and Paid Social propositions, for Pharmaceutical Clients.
• Completing Pharmacovigilance training, per customer, annually.
• Delivering quality reporting, in multiple formats, ensuring our 100% SLA is maintained.
• Working closely with the Senior Pharmaceutical Analyst, keeping up to date with FDA requirements and guidelines.

Requirements
• 2 years experience in the delivery of Social and Community services with one years experience in Pharmaceutical services preferable.
• Passionate about quality delivery
• Flexible, enthusiastic and confident working approach
• Ability to work under pressure
• Methodical, 360 degree thinking
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
