This role involves overseeing day-to-day retail pharmacy operations and ensuring quality patient care. While prior retail experience is an added advantage, we encourage both experienced professionals and new graduates to apply. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately review and dispense prescriptions in compliance with state and federal regulations. • Review narcotic reconciliations and manage electronic prescriptions for accuracy and quality. • Consult with physicians and nursing staff regarding medication orders, interactions, and patient reactions. • Manage drug inventory, maintain drug files, and assist with quality improvement initiatives. • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection control protocols and compliance standards. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and maintain a positive retail environment.
