Pharmacist

Position:Pharmacist Type:Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours/week) Location:Philadelphia, PA 19107 Schedule:Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends) Setting:Technology-enabled, integrated pharmacy solutions partner Pay:$130,000 – $135,000 Employment:Direct Hire About the Role: This is not your typical retail pharmacy role. Join a tech-enabled, integrated pharmacy solutions partner serving nonprofit healthcare organizations, with a focus on 340B program optimization. Key Responsibilities: • Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and legality • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and inventory management • Prepare medications using correct dosages and materials • Provide counseling and medication education to patients • Maintain accurate patient profiles and pharmacy records • Supervise pharmacy technicians and support daily workflow • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Fraud Waste and Abuse policies, and all federal/state regulations Qualifications: • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) • Active and unrestricted PA Pharmacist License • Minimum of 4 years of pharmacy experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $130,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year Education: • Doctorate (Preferred) Experience: • Pharmacist: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: • Pharmacist License in the state of PA (Required) Work Location: In person
