Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. As a Pharmacist, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal pharmaceutical care, focusing on patient outcomes and safety. Responsibilities • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Conduct thorough medication reviews and provide drug utilization evaluations. • Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions. • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individualized medication plans. • Monitor patient progress and adjust medication regimens as necessary. • Maintain accurate records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Experience • A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution is required. • Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and collaboration within healthcare systems.
