Job description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist in Charge to lead our pharmacy team focused on high-quality, patient-centered formulations. Our mission is to elevate care through personalized medicine, precision compounding, and nationwide fulfillment. The ideal candidate has leadership experience and multi-state licensure to help build and lead our operations. Responsibilities • Serve as Pharmacist in Charge for all compounding and dispensing activities. • Oversee compliance with state and federal regulations (FDA, DEA, USP <795>, <797>, <800>). • Manage sterile and non-sterile compounding operations, ensuring quality and accuracy. • Maintain and expand non-resident state licenses for interstate operations. • Supervise and train pharmacy staff; ensure adherence to policies and procedures. • Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, accreditation, and expansion. Requirements • Active California Pharmacist License (required). • Prior experience as PIC in a compounding pharmacy (required). • Sterile compounding experience (USP <797>) strongly preferred. • Multiple non-resident pharmacy licenses a major plus. • Strong knowledge of regulatory and operational compliance. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
