Requirements and Details • One-Time Onsite: Attend a single NY Board of Pharmacy (BOP) Inspection at a pharmacy location. • Ongoing Remote: Serve as the Designated Pharmacist on Record for insurance credentialing. • Compliance: Provide essential license documentation when needed.
