## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to oversee our pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, dispensing medication, and ensuring regulatory compliance. ## Responsibilities - Manage pharmacy staff including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians - Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy - Implement and maintain pharmacy policies and procedures - Monitor inventory levels and order pharmaceutical supplies as needed - Provide patient care by counseling on medication usage and potential side effects - Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes - Conduct utilization reviews to ensure cost-effective medication use ## Experience - Required: - Strong background in medical management and critical care - Proficiency in aseptic technique and medication administration - Knowledge of physiology and pain management - Experience in ICU or acute pain management - Ability to provide excellent patient care - Nice-to-have: - Familiarity with utilization review processes Join our team as a Pharmacy Manager and make a difference in the lives of our patients through effective medication management!
