Role Description
The Pharmacy Technician will act as a liaison between the patient, provider and pharmacist. This role must be carried out delicately by someone who has incredible customer service skills, excellent phone etiquette, and previous experience managing a team. Exercising empathy with our patients is of utmost importance while speaking to them over the phone.
Responsibilities

• The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for reaching out to our patients and assisting/reminding them in obtaining refills on their medications from their respective pharmacy, whether it be retail, independent or mail order pharmacy.
• The Pharmacy Technician will coordinate with care teams if they identify barriers preventing patients from receiving their refills
• Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for
We're looking for motivated, experienced candidates with:

• Minimum 1 year retail pharmacy experience required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required
• High school diploma required
• Bilingual Spanish preferred (medical Spanish is a plus)
• Previous experience managing a team preferred
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Google documents/spreadsheets.
• US work authorization
