Philanthropic Programs engages Agilent's global workforce of 18,000 employees in over 20 different countries in giving to and volunteering for charitable causes. The team uses Benevity, a matching gift platform, drives multimedia internal communications, relationships with volunteer employee Ambassadors, Employee Network Group leaders and business unit leaders to achieve employee engagement with Agilent's Philanthropic Programs.
Our programs have been awarded for innovation and allude for customer service. Response time to employee queries and suggestions is key to our success. Creating and leading exciting ways to support and amplify our diverse set of employees' philanthropic concerns and keeps the program fresh and inviting. Offering inspiring content about employee volunteerism and philanthropy helps drive consistently growing engagement in and executive support of our programs.
The Philanthropic Programs Specialist reports to the Manager of Philanthropic Programs. They will:
- Collaborate in the development of marketing communication strategies to maximize employee participation in our programs.
- Respond to employee queries about our programs.
- Report on quantitative and qualitative results upon request and at punctual times throughout the year using the Benevity reporting module and Excel.
- Post, update and lead giving and volunteering opportunity information on Benevity.
- Lead and grow our employee Philanthropic Ambassador program.
- Lead content and placement of rotating digital and physical poster content at global sites.
- Present Philanthropic Programs at various meetings.
- Run annual thematic communications calendar and keep custom Benevity media aligned accordingly.
- Keep abreast of humanitarian emergencies and relevant philanthropic news and collaborate in the launch of local, national and global internal appeals when necessary.
- Investigate causes related to employee interests and the Foundation's priorities.
- Propose innovations to increase employee engagement and our philanthropic impact.
- Opportunistically and creatively engage with employees by monitoring and responding to comments on internal and external social media.

- Experience with the Benevity platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience (Direct marketing, Employee benefits programs, grant making and/or fundraising)
- 10+ years' experience program management experience
- The ability to work independently
The US pay range for this full-time position is $160,291.00 - $250,455.00/yr, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum new hire pay for the position across the relevant US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
