What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a Full-Time Photo Editor, who has experience in a similar position and an interest in working in the web-based adult entertainment industry. The candidate will be responsible for making changes and enhancements to a variety of images, cleaning up images, adjusting skin textures, changing color tones, and other modifications to create specific looks.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing color separation, image manipulation, and color proofing for multi-channel distribution in a high-volume production environment.
• Collaborate with production teams to understand the creative vision for each project.
• Create derivative images, including new compositions, extended backgrounds, color conversion, scaling, and positioning of elements.
• Accountable for maintaining production requirements to output images for reproduction, including high-resolution retouching, precise color correction, and pre-press preparations.
• Other ad-hoc duties.

Ideal Candidate Will:

• Retouch and color correct images on a daily basis.
• Path images with extreme accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform QC on all the images.
• Edit product photos according to style guidelines.
• Show a keen ability to discern and apply color.
• Maintain a disciplined work ethic to keep layer structures and folder structures organized.
• Have strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Academic background in graphic design or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in file management, web optimization techniques, and high-resolution digital retouching.
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere, Lightroom, and other trending creative tools.
• Familiar with wireframing software.
• Good artistic approach.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• An amazing portfolio.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with using AI tools is preferred.
