Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Photo Retoucher to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of beauty and cosmetics imagery. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our visual content to align with Huda Beauty’s brand identity and “no retouch” standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Edit and retouch high-quality product and model images for use across various platforms, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
• Retouch packshots and e-commerce images to ensure they are clean, detailed, and optimized for online use.
• Ensure all images meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent aesthetic.
• Collaborate with photographers, graphic designers, and the marketing team to deliver compelling visuals.
• Perform color correction, retouching, and detail enhancement to create polished final images.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest photo retouching techniques and trends in the beauty industry.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a photo retoucher, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and CaptureOne; experience with other design software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and lighting.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
