Photographer and Image Retoucher

We’re Looking For A: Photographer/Image Retoucher who will work across the company to capture beautiful, compelling photos that sell our brands and products through various channels including print, packaging, websites, and social media. This person will need product and lifestyle photography experience using props and staging scenes for e-commerce, product packaging, lifestyle, and social media use.

Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Concept, photograph, and retouch high quality photos
• Work closely with creative and social media teams to maintain branding look and feel
• Stage scenes using products, props and food 
• Correct lighting issues on set and/or in post production
• Shoot lifestyle, still life, and product photography for brand websites, packaging, and social media content
• Direct and pose gurus, models, and pets
• Assist in styling models for photoshoot
• Direct makeup artists
• Scout locations for photoshoots
• Catalog and organize files
• Manage and maintain photography equipment, props, products and in-house photo studio, order new equipment as needed
• Work with team to manage photo productions and schedules

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage photo shoots with multiple subjects, gurus, and/or pets
• Experience with modern photography equipment and understanding of artificial and natural lighting
• High-level of proficiency with Photoshop, CaptureOne, and Lightroom
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product trends, consumer buying, and photography/imaging technology to enhance product photo presentation.
• 5+ years product photography experience
• Ability to manage photo shoots with multiple subjects in a fast-paced environment
• 5+ years portrait and lifestyle photography experience
• Corporate or agency experience, preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in photography, art, graphic design or related field, preferred
• LinkedIn Skill Assesments ( Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Lightroom), preferred
• Occasional travel for on-location shoots
