Qualifications
Required Work Experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with high-volume postproduction of digital photos and prints, preferably in a professional photo lab or professional photographic environment.
Required Special Skills/ Knowledge
- Knowledge of, or the ability to learn, the protocol and processes of the Senate.
- Knowledge of digital photographic imaging principles and procedures.
- Skill in accurately assessing color, density, saturation, contrast and artistic composition of digital and photographic print images.
- Skill in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of standard and high-speed digital photo printing equipment, scanners and supporting peripherals, accessories and software.
- Skill in navigating digital asset management (DAM) system.
As part of our hiring process, we may conduct a skills assessment to better understand an applicant’s proficiency in key areas relevant to the role.
Working Conditions
- Sedentary (carrying items less than 25 pounds).
Education
College degree or technical training certification in the field of professional photography or related field.
