The Physical Security Analyst will be responsible for helping maintain the physical protection system (PPS) for the entire organization (enterprise). This will encompass maintaining the access control system, video management system, security officers, maintaining and cataloging security incident reports and working closely with different business units and external customers. They will be responsible for recommending methods, procedures, and processes for limiting risk to Safelite. This role will attend customer and vendor claim meetings. This position may require some travel.

What You'll Do
- Maintain the physical protection system with strong working knowledge of access control systems and video management system(s). Ensure audits are conducted of systems in compliance with federal and customer regulations.
- Help maintain access control, creation of ID badges for all campuses; corporate, contact centers, distribution centers, etc., conduct audits as required.
- Partner with internal partners to build robust associate safety and security training such as; situational awareness, workplace violence, active shooter, etc.
- Assist Director of Security in interviewing associates, contractors, and/or customers, when appropriate. Cooperate and assist law enforcement agencies when appropriate.
- Recommend incident disposition. This includes requesting restitution and work with customer for final resolution and obtain signed notarized release of any pertaining documents for the case file.
- Work with business units and come up with recommendations on proactive approach to prevent losses and risk for the company.
- All other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
- 1 or more years' experience with Physical Protection System (PPS) experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of the service business and risk management is desirable.
- Excellent oral, written and negotiating skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with demonstrated skills in team building/management.
- Desired certification(s): Certified Protection Officer (CPO), Associate Protection Professional (APP).
- Working knowledge of access control system and video management systems preferred.
