Qualifications
Required Work Experience
- 4-5 years of experience in office coordination.
Required Special Skills/ Knowledge
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with physical security systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively.

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of physical security systems including but not limited to access control systems and CCTV.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Prioritizes requests appropriately and manages workflow effectively.
- Self-motivated with effective problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Working Conditions
- Work is essentially sedentary (safely carrying items under 25 pounds).
- Occasional walking is required.
- Work may require long period of standing.
Education
High School Diploma/ GED.
