Physical Security Enablement V

Job Summary
Supports the team with physical security management at our Data Center and involved with data center related physical security projects, processes and audits.

Responsibilities
Processes

• Supports the rollout of information security processes across all sites in scope
• Reviews basic physical security and business continuity processes, with guidance (e.g., access card key management process) within the data center

Project Management

• Supports physical security and business continuity projects across all sites in scope (e.g. security construction, security certifications)

Support to Data Center operations

• Tracks key performance indicators for physical security and business continuity
• Works with more senior members to provide day to day support to Data Center Operations Security & Compliance

Compliance and Audit Support

• Supports security audits (internal and external) across all sites in scope

Data Management

• Collects security data collection and analysis
• Preparation and maintenance of security-related documents (such as ISO 27001 documents)

Training

• Coordinates and schedules physical security training across all sites in scope
• Supports the development of training materials
• Shadows physical security training

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a physical security role in a critical environment preferred
• At least a Diploma in a related field preferred
