Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: Zion, IL Job Type: Full time Job Description: The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or limitations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. • Implement treatment programs that include exercises, manual therapy, and the use of physical therapy equipment. • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for managing conditions. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems. • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices Qualification • Physical Therapy (PT) degree from an accredited program. • Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist. • CPR and First Aid certification. • Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
