Physical Therapist Assistant ‐ Skilled ‐ (PTA)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1752.00 ‐ $1822.00
Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a COTA who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Petaluma, CA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PTA‐CA
Float: As needed, up to 25 miles.
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Preferred Qualifications
SNF Experience
CA License
Productivity: 90%
Covid Vaccination + Booster
Rehab Optima and BLS Preferred
Negative COVID‐19 test result (test taken within 7 days prior to her start date)
