Need PTA for Smyrna DE area
Required Qualifications
Home Health and Oasis experience REQUIRED ββ at least 2 years recent
***50 mile radius for local rate***
***Must plan 5 weeks for credentialing nonβresident DE: In person fingerprints are required. T must go to DE once accepted to begin the process and then results will post 3β4 weeks from that point***
Home Health experience required
