Summary:

Assists physical therapists in homebound patient care rehabilitation services. Performs delegated procedures, records and reports the patients reactions, responses, and changes to supervising therapist.

Education and Experience:

• Applied Associates In Physical Therapy
• 1 year Pediatric Experience preferred

Certification/Licensure:

• CPR Certification
• State License for Physical Therapy Assistant3. Current Texas Drivers License in Good Standing
