Physician Assistant Family Medicine (Providence Medical Group - Oregon)

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced physician assistant to join primary care providers at PMG Progress Ridge Family Medicine clinic. You'll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered medical home made up of physicians, advanced practice providers, behavior health providers, clinical pharmacist, case management, and an experienced clinical support team. One of our newer clinics, the team consists of 2 physicians and 2 APPs, with room to bring on more providers in the future. On the ground floor of the Progress Ridge Towne Square in Beaverton, there are several restaurants, grocery stores, a move theater in this conveniently located, family-friendly suburbs on the west side of Portland, OR.

• Full-time (up to 1.0 FTE)
• 4-5 days/week schedule (M-F)
• Non-paneled, team-based care with direct and indirect patient care (In Basket management)
• 2-years of post-graduate professional experience in a primary care setting required
