Physician Assistant - Family Medicine

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full time (0.8 FTE) Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care & Pediatrics - Northwest Grand Rapids Team located in Walker, Michigan.

Practice Features:

• Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital
• Pleasant office to work at with a great culture that values teamwork and collaboration. APP will work alongside a dedicated team to provide comprehensive care to our patients
• Office currently has 5 Physicians and 3 APPs
• Monday - Friday, 32 hours/week
• Building also offers Trinity Health Lab for convenient on-site access
• Strong support staff including a robust triage team, MAs, 2 Social Workers, 1 Care Manager, and 1 Pharm D
• No on call requirement

Qualifications:

• Experience required.
• PAs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment
• State of Michigan license required at time of employment.
• DEA license
• BLS Certification and maintain recertification.
