Excellent opportunity for a motivated and highly skilled Physician Assistant or ACNP with RNFA to join our team of highly trained General Surgeons. We provide care to a varied group of patients with general surgical needs. Our PA/ACNP will round on patients in the hospital; see patients in the general surgery clinic and provide surgical First-Assist in the OR. This position will allow you to be part of a collaborative and collegial team with supportive leadership and established infrastructure. Qualified candidate must have the ability to be flexible, work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work within a team.

Qualifications:

• PA-C preferred or ACNP w/RNFA (certificate required at time of application)
• Licensed in Arizona or eligible for licensure
• DEA with prescriptive authority required
• Experience in General Surgery preferred, but new graduates will be considered
• ACLS/BLS

Practice Details:

• 1.0 FTE
• Clinic/OR position; 4 days OR, 1 day clinic
• M - F between the hours of 7 am - 5 pm
• Call: 1 weekend per month
• Provide care from the initial patient point of contact to pre-surgical requirements, and post-op follow-ups
